On the premises, there’s Ibaya Restaurant, which is a 2 Michelin Star gastronomic haven run by chef Francis Paniego. Other than world-class cuisine, there are also special diet menus, which is a nice touch.
Other restaurants include Hermitage Tradició, which is a great option for anyone with a hankering for traditional mountain cuisine. There’s also Koy Hermitage by Hideki Matsuhisa, renowned for its Japanese dishes.
