Transfers from Toulouse to Andorra
Flying into Toulouse and heading to Andorra by road is among the most utilised routes to get here. Since it doesn’t technically have an airport, ground transport is your only option.
It’s a comfortable three-hour drive from Toulouse-Blagnac to Andorra la Vella. If you want to avoid the hassle of figuring out your logistics after you arrive at the airport, pre-booking your transit is the way to go.
At Andorra Escapes, we’re committed to helping you streamline your ski holiday experience. One of the ways we can do this is by arranging private transfers as well as shared shuttles.
Transportation Overview
Depending on your preference and inclination, you can choose a mode of transport that works for you. The most convenient option is private transfer, which is what we recommend. Alternatively, you can choose the shared shuttle service which offers better value.
Private Transfers from Toulouse to Andorra
Pre-booking a private transfer from Toulouse to Andorra means you won’t have to wait around for other passengers to collect their luggage and board the shuttle.
You’ll have access to your vehicle that’ll depart when you’re ready to. You’ll also be greeted at the airport and escorted to the vehicle. It’s worth noting that prices for private transfers to Andorra will vary depending on the size of your group.
Shared Shuttle Service
If you don’t mind matching your flight times with a scheduled transfer and travelling with other passengers, then shared shuttle services are your best bet. Not only will you get a great deal if you pre-book, but you’ll have an opportunity to socialise.
We work with Andbus (formerly Novatel) which is the leading transportation provider in Andorra. Their drivers are exceptionally well-trained and experienced at handling snowy road conditions.
Pas de la Casa is usually the first stop for these buses, before heading down to Soldeu and Andorra la Vella. Do note that if you’re staying in Arinsal, you might have to change buses at the capital.
Self-Driven Rental Car
No other mode of transportation matches the flexibility and independence of having your own rental car. You can travel at your own pace, stop whenever you want, wherever you want.
As long as you hold a valid driver’s license from a country that is a part of the European Union or European Economic Area, you’re good to drive here for up to 6 months. If you’re from a country that doesn’t fall under the EU or EEA, then you’ll require an international driving permit.
If you happen to be visiting during peak winter, be sure to carry snow chains because you’ll most certainly need them to traverse the snowy terrain and to stay legal in some cases.
