Andorra Transfer Services: Get There by Bus, Taxi or Private Car
Want a streamlined winter holiday in Andorra? Having your airport transfer all figured out before you reach is one way to do it. Although you can cross that bridge when you get to it, you’ll likely spend more money for less comfort and flexibility that way.
Pre-booking your airport transfer will give you not only a great deal but also peace of mind since you’ll know exactly how you’re getting to your hotel upon your arrival. You can leave this to us — we can help you with private and shared transfers from Barcelona and Toulouse no matter which resort you choose to stay at in Andorra.
Private Andorra Transfers
Private transfers are a quick and stress-free way to start your winter holiday. No wait times and long cues upon your arrival; you’ll greeted at the airport and chauffeured to your hotel right away. Whether you need a taxi for two or a bus for your entire group, we’ve got you covered.
We work with Andbus (formerly Novatel), an established transport provider that offers shared and private transfers to Andorra from Barcelona, Toulouse, Carcassonne, Reus, Lleida, and Perpignan.
Shared Transfers
Shared transfers are more economical compared to private transfers, but they do require some planning ahead since you’ll have to match your flight arrival time with the closest available transfer.
If you’ve opted for shared transport, it’s worth noting that you might have to change buses at Andorra la Vella depending on where you’re going. Shared transfers can be arranged from Barcelona and Toulouse.
Andorra Airport Transfer FAQs
What if it’s logistically impossible for the bus to reach my hotel?
Some hotels and apartments in Andorra are remotely situated; the streets leading to these can’t always accommodate large vehicles and buses on account of being narrow. This also depends on the weather.
If this is the case with your accommodation you will be given a designated drop-off and pick-up location nearby. Pas de la Casa is an exception — due to the traffic restrictions here, the main bus stop is the only airport-transfer-related pick-up and drop-off point.
For transfers to Andorra, which airports are within your scope of service?
We provide transfers to Andorra from Barcelona-El Prat and Toulouse-Blagnac airports.
How long will the transfer take?
Airport transfer durations typically vary depending on which airport you’re arriving at and what your destination is. Usually, it takes anywhere between three to four hours depending on traffic and weather conditions.
Can you provide wheelchair-adapted vehicles?
Wheelchair-adapted vehicles can be arranged, however, it’s worth noting that the smallest size for this type of transport is a 16-seater bus.
What’s the protocol if it snows too much on the day of the transfer?
The transfer won’t be an issue as long as the snow conditions are manageable. It might take a bit longer than usual but that’s about it. Our transfer suppliers are extremely experienced and well-equipped to handle harsh weather conditions.
That said, if the snowfall results in blocked roads, the transfer company will have to cancel the transfer and you will be refunded.
